Share permission o

I have a mailbox where access to the calendar is granted with view permissions only using Outlook on my workstation. The problem is users can still make entries into the calendar and I am trying to figure out how. We are in a hybrid exchange environment with office 365. If I log into the office 365 admin portal and look at the mailbox in question I see all the users there with read and manage permission. What can I do here?
