Need vCenter permissions to move a VMDK

What vCenter permissions are required to move a VMDK to another datastore?

If you're talking about using Storage vMotion then this article has the permissions required:

No, not storage vMotion.  Moving a VMDK from one datastore to another.

It looks like being able to "browse datastore", "Low Level File Operations", and "Move Datastore".
