Error while running PowerShell command

When I try to run the following command within Power Shell on a Windows 10 Pro OS I get the following error message.

What do I need to do to fix this so I will be able to successfully run this PowerShell command?

With PowerShell 5 you can just run
Install-Module NTFSSecurity
