Windows 10 printing problem

I have a customer with a Windows 10 Pro system. When he print a web form from Chrome, the preview looks fine, but the form prints out  shifted to the left a 1/4 inch. As a result the first two characters in each row are not printed. This happens on multiple printers. Everyone else in the company prints correctly.

Thanks,

Charles

On this windows 10 pro machine, will it print properly using the other web browsers?   If so, is the google chrome version the same on the other computers that is working properly?  Anything other programs or windows versions different?  Being that windows 10 now puts out new versions every 6 months, that adds another layer of fun to the job..:-)

Check paper size that has been set for printer and browser.

The paper size was set to A4, changing it to letter did the trick.

Thanks.
