HP UFEI to Legacy

Hello I've got an HP Pavilion 21 All-In-One.  I've forgot my password, & trying to boot to a password recovery CD.  However the current setting is using UEFI whcih has no option to boot from DVD/CD.  I'm trying to enqable legacy boot option in order to boot from CD, but can't seem to find it anywhere in the BIOS. HP's support site says go to BIOS, then over to system configuration I dont see this option.  The BIOS version is 2.16.1240. American Megatrends, wth the following Tabs / Options:

There should be a Secure Boot setting (I do not see this in the above summary) that you can turn off and then boot with DVD.
