I have a HP notebook and all of a sudden every time I connect the wireless or wired USB Mouse or Keyboard it does not recognize them. They show on other devices and it is unable to update. I tried 4 or 5 different sets and it does the same. Any other USB device (hard drive, usb hub etc..) works just fine in the same ports
