i am trying to migrate users from exchange 2010 to office 365.

need to know what steps are involved in setting up hybrid migration wizard .

what all things to be considered.

also if we have exchange 2016 do we still need to set up hybrid configuration set up?

what all things we should know about azure active directory

@pramod1 - you can take a look at our article on migration from Exchange 2010 to Office 365. It shows you possible migration scenarios and how to plan the move to Office 365. If you want to take the native migration path, you will probably want to go with the Hybrid Migration - it requires some manual work with the configuration but is the best when it comes to co-existence of the on-premises and cloud environment.
You can also take a look at a third-party migration solution - CodeTwo Office 365 Migration. This software takes a lot of weight off your shoulders - you plan how to migrate the Exchange environment and the software takes care of the migration, making the transition an easy experience.
