Outlook 2016 Office 365 Email Issue

One of the users at a company we support is having issues with her Outlook 2016. She doesnt seem to get her emails randomly. To work around this when she knows she should have new emails she switches from disabled 'focused' inbox to enabled 'focused' inbox then the new emails show in both the 'focused' and 'other' folders. Then when she disables the 'focused' inbox the new emails are there

We have rebuilt her profile a couple of times. She is using Outlook 2016 with Office 365

Does this occur for both Cached mode and Online mode?  What is the status,if she uses Online mode?

Repair outlook and make sure you have latest updates.

What are the send/receive settings set to in Outlook?  Scheduled send/receive isn't disabled, is it?
