Terminal licence for windows 2008 standard

we are using windows server 2008 standard. Now we need to install the Terminal services on this server.Can anybody tell me
How Can I purchase a terminal license and how to apply in the current server.

As you can see in the Microsoft matrix, your cals have downlevel rights. Basically you would buy the current CAL edition, in this case Server 2016.
