It has the  meta tags below

But none of the og properties seem to mkge any difference in facebook or twitter. (image, title, description)

Any ideas?

  <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset="utf-8" >
   <title>Bitcoin desde Cero</title>
<meta name="Description" content="Seminario Bitcoin para Principiantes">
<meta name="Keywords" content="Bitcoin,Blockchain, Ethereum, Rippe, Litecoin, Criptomonedas">
<meta property=”og:title” content=”Del Trueque al Bitcoin” />

<meta property=”og:image” content=”http://bitcoin.seminario.com.mx/bitcoin.jpg” />

Twitter requires many additional meta tags, if you want to have your content appear like these examples:

Within your tags, the non-og content is using straight ("") quotes, while the og tags are using curved (””) quotes. You should only use straight quotes (UTF-8) in your source code.

The tags look correct now.

What are the results you are seeing, versus what you are expecting to see?

Side note:
I see your page is https enabled, I'd recommend using https on the urls inside of your og meta.

Also, keep in mind that each time you make a change to the source code, you will need to delete and tweet-again to see if the changes worked. Twitter won't go back and update an old tweet automatically.
