Disabling auto-creation of printers in Citrix
I have a few users who are experiencing Citrix printing/performance issues and I suspect its related to the number of Auto Created Client Printers and I'd like to disable them. I found this article https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX117805 yet here is my issue:
I get an error writing to the registry while logged in to the Citrix server as the user and when I'm logged in to the server w/elevated account permissions, I also have issues.
The Citrix documentation says: "If the DefaultPrnFlags DWORD already exists on the server, add the specified hexadecimal value to the current value."
How do I do that? It already exists and has a REG_DWORD value of 0x00004000. When I right click>Modify only 4000 is in the Value Data text box.

Can the gpmc be used? Whenever I try to launch the DS Console from the Citrix menu I get prompted to "configure" it as if I'm starting from scratch.
