That's a .Net corruption. In place upgrades are often bad when LOB apps are installed. You can try a repair utility. Microsoft has one for dotNet, but it could just as easily break any apps installed. If you can, &nbsp;build fresh and migrate the data.

I am upgrading a 2k8 server to 2k12. The upgrade went well but Server Manager now abends the moment I start it.<br />
Please see attachment. There is more info in error box but I can't expand it. Any help is appreciated.<br />

2k12 Server Manager abends after upgrading from 2k8
