Any idea on how to record office phone incoming calls??

Our chairman calls his assistant and dictates emails over the phone for his newly hired assistant to type and send out. Sometimes she has difficulties to keep up with him and we really need a device, program or something for her to record his conversation and listen to again ?

it’s Shortel pure aVOIP - they say they have recording service but not working great. On cell phone app it works as conference call. There’s no time when he calls to patch something in.
If you are using a conventional phone, this sort of induction microphone should do the trick:

You'd connect it to a recording device (tape recorder, digital recorder, computer, etc.) and it will provide the signal that you want to record.
