How to resolve Application Pool problem?

Dear EE experts,

Please see the attached screenshot for the problem that we're facing now.
1. SP ApplicationPools - Kindly see the screenshot of this application, you'll see the 2 highlighted part, our question is why it always STOP, even we Start it, after few seconds or after we refresh it, it will go back to STOP. That lead us to face 500 Internal Server Error.

Please advise and hope to hear soon...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

At the time of issue (just before going for stop state), what's the memory usage of w3wp worker process? this can be checked from task manager. Probably the dedicated appool not getting enough memory. Hence, failing. If this is the case, right click on that appool, advanced settings, 'Private Memory Limit' - if this limited and low, change it to higher value and see if this gets stable?

Our problem has been resolved, though it's not the direct solution, but we would like to award points to EE expert (Radhakrishnan R), because the advise gave us additional idea regarding this matter. However, to share on how we resolved it, it's because of the account that we used, after we changed it to Domain\Administrator account, IISRESET, then wait for couple of minutes, the site got back to normal state again... HUH! Lol...

Again, Thank you so much!
