wsus problem.

Hello,
i have windows 2016 and i install wsus role.
first time evertging is working fine.
after i start sync  when i reload the wsus consol and when i click on sync it's give me after 2min that it's can connect to wsus server.

did the sync finish? it could take some time
did you look at the event logs for errors?

the log is : 
The WSUS administration console was unable to connect to the WSUS Server via the remote API. 

Verify that the Update Services service, IIS and SQL are running on the server. If the problem persists, try restarting IIS, SQL, and the Update Services Service.

is that from event viewer?  looks like a different log
did you restart services as it says there?
