Mail merge from excel data to microsoft word to create a personalised graph

I had this question after viewing Creating Unique Pie Charts In Mail Merge Document.

I have a set of data where I am comparing results of students work from one month to the next.

I would like to create a certificate in MS word that shows this data but in a visual form of a graph.

I would then like to be able to mail merge this so I can print a personalised certificate with a personalised chart on each one.

Is this possible?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

access is the way to go...
import the data into an access table, and create a graph report there. Access has built in features to built you one page per record (i.e. per graph).
