I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It's not a point and click, if that's what you're after. There's the upper function, vb scripts and even utilities from ASAP.

Here's a step by step if you don't want to mess around with scripts or install utilities: https://www.journalofaccountancy.com/issues/2005/feb/whosaysyoucanteasilychangeexcel.html

Another one from Microsoft: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/change-the-case-of-text-01481046-0fa7-4f3b-a693-496795a7a44d

Go to VisualBasic, insert a module if one doesn't already exist, copy/paste this into the module, select it and press F5. Note that it will affect only the active sheet.

Sub MakeUpper()

Dim c As Range

For Each c In ActiveSheet.UsedRange.Cells
    c.Value = UCase(c.Value)
Next
End Sub
