"Network interface" 'Network adapter 1' uses network 'VM Network', which is not accessible.

This is the problem  am having, I have 2 ESXi2 hosts on the same Network with the following IP's

Host 1 : 192.168.10.177 - 10 VM's   -  Network is VMnetwork
Host 2 : 192.168.10.178 - 0   VM's   -  Network is Vmnetwork test

From my Vcenter, Am basically trying to clone a template on  host 1 and creating a new VM on host 2 using the created clone template , and am getting the error mentioned above.

am not sure why is this happening, but since it gave me the warning message i think it has to do with the virtual switches, if so  can someone please explain me or refer me a good link that will be able to help me with switches.
