Connecting computer to projector through wireless

We are looking to replace a projector we have in a conference room and I'm wondering if there are projectors that can be connected to the computer wirelessly or through Bluetooth? Right now, we have a VGA connection that's connected to the PC in the room or can be moved to a laptop if needed. We're looking into putting in some wireless access points that would allow users with laptops to be able to walk throughout the building and still be connected to the network. I was hoping there was a way they could just walk into the conference room with their laptop or Surface and connect to the projector without having to plug in any cables.

This is another solution (if you have the budget), and you can use your current projector if you're still satisfied with it.
