Search box for html pages on website

I currently have a google search box on our html5 website  http://insurance.illinois.gov/ .  The Administration wants a search box for our website alone.  Is there some way I can do any of the following:

1. Customize the search results to look like our pages, or import them into our pages.
2. In the results not have the "Ad"s/sponsored  on the displayed results.
3. Perhaps create an applet or use software that will search only our website.

I'm not sure of what is out there that I can adopt so that my administrators would be satisfied.  Please let me know what option I could obtain and use.   Thanks.

According to google in https://support.google.com/customsearch/answer/4581896?hl=en Google Site Search support ends on April 1, 2018.

So, you need a different solution, probably the better solution is to make your own search input and request the Search API.
The current product alternative is the Google Search JSON/Atom API (https://developers.google.com/custom-search/json-api/v1/overview).

If you want a custom solution, you could start using this guide https://developers.google.com/custom-search/json-api/v1/using_rest
to implement a custom search using the Google API.
