Select physical pool and checkmark both drives that will be mirrored?

Mirroring drives on a Dell Poweredge T630.  I am in the Lifecycle Controller.  I am in Step 3 to select physical disks.  Do I want to select a physical pool and select both disks for that pool?

If I check mark both disks and hit next it is asking me to name the virtual disk.  I am a bit lost here.  I have 2 physical drives and want the 2nd one to mirror the first one.

Yes, you are on the right path. The grouping of disks needs a name. That is normal.

Don't forget that this is destructive (creating a raid array)

Thank you both for the assistance.  Both disks are new and my next challenge is to turn on the BootManager so I can boot from the cdrom.  I am going back into the BIOS to figure this one out.  Surely there is a choice to enable the Boot Manager.

The system finally booted to the cdrom and there are no hard drives there to load the operating system to.  I need more help, please.

It seems you are not very familiar with Dell servers. Is this one under support? Have called Dell?

I got it and the installation is complete!   Thanks so very much!  I actually installed the OS from the Life Cycle Controller also.

Thanks for your support!  I have not dealt with the newer Dell servers for years.  Your assistance and installed Windows 2012 from the Lifecyle Controller worked.
