Citrix log off procedures

When a user is logged on to a Citrix session, is there a way to not have the "X" in the top right corner, so they cannot use it to close Citrix?  Or is there a way to force them to use the "log off"

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't think you can set  in current version. or you can play with timeout \ logoff timings.

It depends on what you are doing and how..

If you are using XenApp, then the current versions of the client should not have the controlling window frame (assuming you are using seamless windows).
If you are using XenDesktop and accessing a desktop, then you need to have it running full screen, and then you shouldn't see that, but you will see the XD toolbar, unless you disable it by policy, or uninstall it from the client.

If you are under differing circumstances (not seamless windows, can't run fullscreen, etc.) it *can* be done, but it is a programmatic effort to grab the window and hide the controlling frame.

The full screen option worked.  Is there a way to force all logins to use the Full Screen?

You can modify your published desktop to force fullscreen through your storefront/web interface in the display properties.
