I have two orgs but only the first appears in IIS, I need to add the second org under Sites.

CRM 2016 IIS Configuration only showing one of my organizations:  I have two orgs on my Deployment Manager, the first is an out of the box configuration with Sample data and the second is my actual Development server which I have upgraded to Dynamics 365.

Our system admin configured a SSL wild card token, added Active Directory Tools and added DNS A records to resolve to the IP of CRMTEST.

In IIS only the Sample company appears under Sites, I need to add our org that contains all the real data, entities and forms (Microsoft Dynamics CRM2).

I started to bind the token in IIS Manager and saw that only the sample company appears,  See the screen shot below.  The area outlined in yellow is our current configuration.  I need to add Microsoft Dynamics CRM2 (or replace the Sample company with Microsoft Dynamics CRM2)  Note: I need to keep the Default site to Install and configure ADFS 3.0

Need to add another site

What you see in IIS is the CRM web site. There is only ever one of these regardless of the number of organizations in Deployment manager. There is nothing for you to in IIS, in fact you should not make any changes there.  You can delete the sample company in Deployment Manager. Right-click on it, then disable and then you can right-click and select delete. Also delete the SQL database for that sample company. Make sure you select the correct SQL database though!

So because the Sample Company is first in Deployment Manager, it is opening when I browse the CRM web site in IIS?  So removing the Sample Company will allow the real company site to open?

So I am deleting the Sample Company as you outline above.

Hey, it worked when I browse the Microsoft CRM site in IIS, it now opens the real company site!  Thanks, I am now going to continue setting up the IFD and ADFS 3.0. Probably will be back with other questions.
