I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The original question is here but it was deleted as it was moved to Support.

It was moved to site support group.  That is why it is not in your question history.

How long before a comment can no longer accept comments?

All of my closed questions no longer accept comments.

My bet is the ask a related question is hidden BEHIND the write a comment window...  ;)

I keep finding it with crtl-F and search for related.

Tell you what, give me your password and I'll go take a look at that question from your perspective!

If it's there for you, it's probably an old question you asked :)
Andrew LeniartIT Consultant & Freelance JournalistCommented:
Here's an idea slighwv! Ask a new question, give me the link, I'll answer it and then you can close it giving me all the points.

Make sure you make it high priority though! Select lots of topics too ;)

Might I introduce you to:

Looks like I'm not allowed in the lounge :-(

It must be for insiders only!

In any case, probably not a good idea for me to see what is in there, as there are two obvious possibilities:

1) It is boring, useless, and of no interest to me, in which case, I just wasted a little of my time

2) It is interesting, funny, and I end up in there regularly, in which case I waste a lot of my time

Maybe best if I just look at it from here, and wonder what I am missing out on ;-)

You just need to ask for access. But fair warning, it's not for the faint-hearted. It's an almost anything goes kind of place ;)
AlanConsultantCommented:
Nah - I am choosing to believe that I am the only one that is not allowed in.

I'm gonna sit outside the door and glower at all comers for a while, especially those that give me a quizzical look....

Almost?

Replace faint-hearted with thin-skinned.

The Lizards hiss a good game but are basically harmless.  Well, as long as you have a reasonable resistance to venom.

Based SOLELY on you finding humor in this thread, I would vote definitely #2!

OK, 20 demerits for giving out secrets!

Alan, I've asked to get you access.

You'll be sorrrry...

Incidentally, you'll need to request access before it can be given to you.

Edit: Erm.. be sure you want in before you go in there. The Lizards have a rather unique way of welcoming new mea... uh, I mean members.
