IT Infrastructure High scalable server setup

Hello every 1.

To finish a cost analysis for a concept, i want to make an list for an IT server Infrastructure / Architecture for a e-commerce website. For days now I am surfing the internet to find a small pieces of information.

Hyper Converged Infrastructure / hardware for server
Below a list of what I have found so far on the internet for the composition of a hyperscale computing environment setup on which everything should run.
This server system must function with open source technologies and support open innovation.

Usable Servers
Fileserver (FTP) -
Mailserver (Microsoft exchange) -
Printserver -
Log In server Printserver -
Back up Server -
Media |Server (videos + Photographs),
Application server (software developed locally)
Webserver / Virtualisation server  (Nginx)
Webserver
Webserver
Economic server
Test server
Databaseserver (Microsoft SQL and Mongo DB)
Collaboration Server (Microsoft Sharepoint)
Host connectivity

Local Area Network in company
- VPN server
- DNS server
- DHCP server
- Virus scan  / Wsus server
- Wide Air Networks (WAN) SD-WAN+VPN+L2 encryption
- Network SLAs -
- Extranet - External Acces Portals
- Intranet - Internal Acces Portals
- Switches, -
- Acces points,
- modems, routers,
- firewalls  NextGen FW + Inet DDos subscription
- Router
- Fiber optic cabels
- UPS powersupplies

The system must be able to process around 8 million visitors a month, and 2 million registred users.

I hope this information is enough to get an idea. If you want to know more please let me know.....
I do have a budget in mind for like max. $ 250.000, otherwise my calculation will no longer be correct.

Why wouldn't you just put all of this in public cloud?

Thank you for your response Kevin. Putting everything in the cloud is unfortunately not possible. In particular the personal data are rather sensitive among with some other things. An important part of the processing has to go through the cloud.

You cannot run a database on a BLc7000, it is an enclosure that houses servers, storage and networking. In itself it is just a big lump of tin with just enough brains to keep the fans running at a sensible speed. You either blade it or you don't, DL380s *and* BLc7000 doesn't fit together very well. Hammering the DL380s into shape to fit the blade enclosure might work ( actually you would just buy BL460cs instead and add some storage in the enclosure or under it).

3/4 of a TB of RAM sounds a bit excessive for a fileserver.
Thank you for taking the time to respond Andy.
Which setup would you propose for my stated setup?

This arrangement does not necessarily have to be from HPE (Hewelett Packard Enterprise).

Dell or self-invented assembled setup is also fine, as long as these remain within the budget of $ 250,000 till 275.000 as absolute max.
The best possible set-up for me would  be cheap with sufficient scaling possibilities.
I hope you (or someone else) can help me a lot further in this big puzzle piece.

Thanx in advance.
