While I am not quite an expert on the subject to the best of my limited knowledge of SQL Developer you will actually have to write a query. <br />

I don't particularly remember having an option of viewing data just as in SQL Server Management Studio -&gt; Right click on Table -&gt; Select top 1000 rows.<br />

And it's been years since I used SQL Developer last. So please take it with teaspoon of salt.
