Monitor hardware's status with Zabbix

Dear Experts, is there any way to monitor the Hardware's status (status of array, of disk, temporature, ....) of a IBM or HP servers?

We are using Zabbix 3.4. Many thanks!

did you installed the zabbix agent on them? whats their OS (windows, linux)? check here https://www.zabbix.com/zabbix_agent

Hello Sam, I knew Zabbix can monitor those in level of OS, but what I am asking is the level of Hardware. For example:

- the temperature of server

- the status of RAID

- the LED status of hard disks
