I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this.

I noticed that you have a small problem. I don't believe there should be formulas in the date row of the weeks. I can easily fix that if you like.

i have that problem
how can you fix it ?  because i have it in others woorbooks too
Martin LissOlder than dirtCommented:
The attached workbook is fixed.  It used this code to correct the problem in this workbook. You can copy and paste it into any other workbook that needs fixing.

Sub FixIt()
Dim lngRow As Long
Dim lngLastRow As Long

Application.ScreenUpdating = False
lngLastRow = Range("B1048576").End(xlUp).Row

For lngRow = 5 To lngLastRow - 12 Step 13
    Cells(lngRow, "V") = ""
    Cells(lngRow, "X") = ""

Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub

Open in new window

After it's pasted you need to do two things.
  • Some of your workbooks start at different rows. Line 8 assumes the first row of data is row 5. Change it if needed to be the first data row in the workbook you want to correct.
  • Lines 9 and 10 refer to columns "V" and "X" because in this workbook those two columns have the problem. If there is only one column then delete one of the lines and change the column letter so that it's the column you want to fix. If there are more than two columns with the problem then copy one of the lines and paste it below line 10 and again change the column letter.
