This is a screen shot in O365 Exchange Online for enabling Archive Mailbox and Litigation Hold. You basically select the mailbox you want to add these features to, select the mailbox > click edit ( or double click the mailbox) > mailbox feature and in the middle for screen you will see the options for enabling archive mailbox and litigation hold. this can also be done powershell.
