Device: Amazon Kindle D00901.
I have connected to a strong WI FI network.
When I try to shop at the Kindle Shop I get the message: 'Your Kindle is unable to connect at this time. Please make sure you are within wireless range and try again. If the problem persists, please restart your Kindle from the menu in Settings and try again'.
But the device is connected to Wi Fi and the signal is strong - al bars lit up.
Tried at another good WI Fi source. Same result.
The Kindle had not been updated for a while, but when it connected to WI FI it updated (took some time) and restarted. Yet I still CANNOT SHOP.
What to do?
