iPad music "Item not available" when I try to play certain music files
Cannot play certain music on iPad. "Item not available" This item cannot be played.
Are you referring to the music within Apple Music or other third party music player?

I am using the Music app on the iPad. The files were imported from iTunes, so I assume they are one of the supported types. They played previously in the Music app.
Maybe you need to reset the iPad. You would need back it up first
ASKER
I powered down the iPad and restarted it. It then downloaded most of the music files. Do I need to do anything else to reset it?
