How to find the licence details and validity for RD Web access .

One of the IT services company installed the RD Web access on our WIndows 2012 server, 5 years before.
Our staff do RDP from external to our network through the following URL.

Once they are logged in they have windows 2012 start menu .I have installed office and few applications on the server  and put the shortcut on all users desktop for the users to access the application remotely.

We have microsoft OLV agreement and I have access to Microsoft volume licence portal. Now I have been asked by my line manager, about the licence details for the RD Web access that is in place.

Not sure how my predecessors brought the licence for RD Web access.
Will this licence be purchased from our Microsoft volume licence resellers?

If this licence was purchased from the resellers, how to i find the validity and how much my predecessores paid for the licence ?

Any help will be great.

if you have access to VLSC, you should be able to see what licenses you have under each agreement. To do so, simple go to Administration, My Permissions. Click on agreement and you will see what you have under it.

How it looks on portal, you can see in picture attached.

if they are not there, maybe some other account was used to buy it. There should be some invoice in your finance, so I would advise you to check with them, if you cant see any info on portal.
Price can be seen only in invoice, so no need to browse VLSC, hoping to find it there.

I am not able to find the licence details for the Windows Remote desktop services on the VLSC . I have access to the  RDP server that hosts https://desktop.mycompamy.org/rdweb

I went to this server and ran licmgr.exe and I got the details as attached and it shows the licence status  as Windows server 2012 - Installed RDS per user CAL and total licence is 25 and expiry date is showing never.
In the last years when ever I have renewed the Microsoft volume licensing , I have never seen the description for Remote desktop services.
So dose this mean , that it is not properly setup by my predecessors?

it says Never on my RDS as well, so i think that is normal, but maybe someone other has an opinion about it..

Program is Volume License, so those licenses have been bought via OLP, OVS or some program like that.
