Error in Printing Acrobat Pro - Before you can perform print-related task such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer

I have a big problem in printing pdf files in Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended 9.0 Everytime I want to print, there's a message box saying "Before you can perform print-related task such as page setup or printing a document, you need to install a printer". Before I can print properly without this problem then suddenly, this problem occurred. I can print on my printer in any MS Office application only on pdf and windows 10 photos, have a problem. in windows 10 photos, I change the default in windows photo viewer and I can print properly. The only pdf has a big problem now. I am working as Executive Secretary and most of my documents are pdf files.

I try other solution from the internet. I change already the default printer and run as administrator but still the same. Please, I very need your help to fix this issue.

Hoping for your possible response to fix my problem.

Thanks & best regards,

You need to upgrade Adobe. Version 9 is not Windows 10 compliant.

Or use another PDF reader. My favourite is PDF-XChange Viewer (now replaced by their PDF editor - the free version has some features blocked).

Do you need the features of Acrobat Pro, or do you just need the Reader?

Hi Sir, thanks for your response. I just refresh my OS to windows 10 and install the Acrobat 9 and now it's working properly. I need the Acrobat 9 for Forms purposes as I am working on our forms. I make forms through excel and convert it to pdf forms for implementation. Therefore, Acrobat 9.0 is very important to me. Anyhow, I much appreciated your assistance for my problems.

Good work. As a reinstall fixed it, make sure you accept your own answer as the correct one.
