Microphone and Software to record screen and my voice for Udemy course

I want to teach a course on Udemy. I run Ubuntu on the Dell XPS 13 9360.

For the course I am just going to record my screen with myself talking.

I was hoping you could recommend software and a microphone that would work on Ubuntu.

usually in windows, the best are SnagIT and Adobe Captivate.
there are the alternatives to snagit in linux: https://alternativeto.net/software/snagit/?platform=linux
alternative to captivate https://alternativeto.net/software/adobe-captivate/?platform=linux

but nearly the magority of the internet recommends SHUTTER  http://shutter-project.org/
