Seems that there are two options. The first is if you have a Google Business account - you can just delete the listing. The second option is that you can suggest an edit that the business at the old address is permanently closed.

Here are the steps how to do this from Google Support:

Hey Serena, Thank you for your ans. Have already taken that step. But, I've another listing for the same business. So, does this suggest mean that my duplicate (new one) will also won't be visible in Google Maps?
Serena HsiMarketing ConsultantCommented:
Are both locations Google verified? The new address will have to be verified if it is not. Here's Google's suggestion on resolving duplicates:

I see your map problem. One listing is "Skylink Technology Inc" and the other is "Skylink Technology", and showing up in different building locations on the same map area. Have you 'claim this business' or used the 'suggest an edit'?

Both the listing are Google Verified & I haven't used suggest an edit option also..I just want to permanently remove the either listing from Google Maps. and I'm not talking about Skylink Technologies, it's quite good at listing.

It's good if your have a business at multiple locations. Helps you get more SEO exposure and reach. However if your business is shifted from one location to another, you will have to update the listing accordingly.
I can see 2 different results as-
1. Skylink Technologies - https://skylinktec.com/ - Chennai - 2 locations
3. Skylink Technology Inc - www.skylinktechnology.com/ - Surat
1st one has two locations out of which 1 has no reviews. So do you want to delete listing which has no reviews?
One more question I'd like to ask is are these business listed from single GMB account or multiple GMB accounts?
See if this link can help you delete your listing-

Just go and login into your Google business listings account and delete your Google business listing from there. Please check the steps below:

    1. Sign in to Google My Business.
    2. On the business account you’d like to delete, click the three dot menu icon , then click Delete.
    3. Click OK to continue. You may need to sign in to your Google My Business account again.
    4. Review the information on your screen. Select the boxes to confirm that you want to delete your business account.
5 . Click Delete account to permanently delete your business account and all of its data.

@Janvi Arora & @Lavi Gupta :- Hello Janvi & Lavi , thanks for answering. But, the problem is not with skylink technologies. Just assume a case where there are 2 different GMB listing on same GMB accounts. Both are verified. The older one has already been deleted from GMB account. Now what I need solution for is when i search for that term or say company name, google maps shows the older one rather then the new one created. No doubt, new one is also visible at certain places where we directly search for any of it's service. But, what we want is only one listing i.e the new one. In the maps also. We want to permanently remove the older listing from Google Maps. I've also done 'Suggest an edit' multiple time through many accounts but still no results. :(

Removing the listing form My Business dashboard does not delete the listing from the Local database, it only says to Google that you no longer want to manage the listing, the business may remain in the Local database as an unverified business.
If you have closed the business at that location you need to report it as permanently closed now since you no longer can manage it from the My Business dashboard.

Agree @Lavi Gupta. One of our client at Radon Media, has the same issue. He has moved his business to another location hence deleted the current location and updated new location to Google My Business. But the older listing was still showing in the SERP three pack. So we mark the business location as "Permanently Closed". Now as the location is marked as permanently closed, we see increase in traffic of new location.
Note: Google still shows the location but mark it as "Permanently Closed".
