How to Change all Bookmarks to Same View Style
Using Nuance Power PDF:
Have combined several PDFs into one PDFs and now want to be able to change all bookmarks to the same View Style: For example, I want all of them to have the Pave View of "Fit to Page". I can do this manually but cannot select multiple PDFs. The steps I have are:
Select all of the bookmarks.
Right click and select Properties.
Then select "Action" and then under Actions, select "go to a page view".
Selected "Add" (create go to view" pop up)
With the Create Go To View" still on the screen, I clicked View and under "Page Fit Options", selected the appropriate option.
However, this ONLY changes it for one of the bookmarks, not all the ones I have selected. Any ideas?
I have checked the internet and see that Adobe Acrobat can do this but we do not have Acrobat.
Let me know.
