I want to disable Microsoft store using group policy please help me to do.

Expanding on what dfke said:

Once you create your Central Store by downloading the appropriate .admx file(s) and creating your folders, create a new GPO item and navigate to:

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Store

Then in the right pane (settings), look for "Turn off Store application" and set it to "Enabled".
