How to put a simple banner on all pages of my site

Hi Experts,

How can I put a simple banner as illustrated below on all pages of my site?

In this example, the banner has the text "LearnDash v2.5.6 Now Available" and a "Read More" button.

Example of simple banner to appear on all pages of my site

Are you using WordPress.org or WordPress.com?

The banner you mentioned is controlled by "header.php" inside your WordPress host server. Every page, or template, of your website will import that file using get_header(). If you modified the content of header.php to include your banner, your entire website will reflect the change.

Thanks for your suggestion, Qian Bao

I am not using WordPress.com.

I would prefer to use a plugin that will allow me to format the banner.

Cheers, Leigh

Just for the record, I found a Plugin (sorry I cannot remember what it was called, and I did not install it in production)

In testing it does the job, and was easy to configure.
