How can I write a detail high level design from UX wireframes?

How can   I write a detail  high level design for  after a UX designer has presented his or her wireframes?I am planning to write a user interface using Angular...my  architecture...asked me to create a high level detail design but it seems he also has a vague idea what all that entails.Should I design Error codes?What exactly should I do?

No, a high level design should definitely not be including error codes in this case.  If you were documenting a state machine, error codes could be applicable, but not in this case.

The type of design depends on what framework and how your project is structured.

You might want to take a Software Design course or two.
