Not able to see New Context Menu on Server 2008

We have two domains: CORP and PROD but our main or parent domain is CORP.
We have a D Drive.
Problem: When i right click, select New i do only see Folder in the context menu. I cannot create anything else
I did add the "CORP\Domain Admins" for permissions into the D Drive. Logged off and nothing.
But if i add my CORP\MyDomainAdmin for permissions into the D Drive i do see the context menu. I can create more stuff.

Thanks for your help

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are there any deny permissions in place?

Also, is the "New > Folder" requesting UAC?
