400.4.4.7 in 2013 exchange

Hi, i am getting 400.4.4.7 message from 2013 exchange with only one specific Domain. I have checked mx record, smtp test and black list of remote domain. it seems look like all good.
How can i solve this issue?

Thanks for reply me.
I have contacted to remote domain and as per them they are receiving rest of the emails as normal.
So they are asking to check in our end. But we can’t send to this specific domain.

After queue expired i am getting this message.
Unfortunately, the messages will expire after 48-72 hours if the recipients server does not respond.  It's still an issue with the receiving server.  Work with them.  Don't take their word for it.

Hi, when i tried to send email to one domain, its getting bounce back with error like  remote server returned 553. I have checked my domain and static IP in blacklist, its not in blacklist. And i have check my both domain and IP in https://www.spamhaus.org/pbl/ but its not listed there.
So can someone help me to sort out this.  Bounce back mail i copied below for reference.
