configure TLS 1.2 on Exchange 2010 running on Windows 2008

I need your help

We have an exchange server 2010 running on windows 2008

some companies  are blocking our emails because we still using TLS 1.0

what are the steps to upgrade to TLS 1.2

You may have mixed results in disabling TLS1.0 as EWS would break, according to this discussion on
Matter of fact, you are advised by Microsoft to adopt mitigations such as disabling SSL 3.0 and updating OSes, enable TLS 1.2 and set 1.0 at a lower priority. More details in the Blog Post.

I am not sure if 2008 even properly supports TLS1.2 although 2008 R2 does... 2008 seems to have mixed results in my testings.. But I stopped trying when 2008 went off support...
