Prepend text to the recipient email address in Exchange 2010

I am hoping that with a hub transport rule that we could prepend some text to the recipient email address when sent to a certain address only.

We have a fax to email address setup which requires the beginning of the email to have faxg3/

I want to simplify for the user to have them only send, then with a transport rule it detects mail being send to * and prepends "faxg3/" to the stat of the emaill address.

Unfortunately you can't prepend or append additional text to an email address via Transport Rules in Exchange. Since outlook has autocomplete cache you can just allow the user to initially type the entire recipient email address (faxg3/, and that each time after that, the user only needs to type the first couple of letters of the address and it will automatically complete the rest of the address for you. This is outlook not Exchange. Auto complete is enable in outlook by default so the user doesn't need to do anything.
