The imagine on the right is for a LAN connection. I see that for wireless if using 4G Wireless (cellular wireless).

Is this the case?

Makes sense, one computer does have Hyper-V running, the computer with the "wired" icon.

By having different icon, is there any problem as to speed, efficiently, etc.?

That is because the guest machine does not use wireless - it uses the Host driver for the guest machine. Normal.

It is because of the Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter
You can see these in NCPA.cpl
