Push policy via JSS

Hi All,

I have a question regarding MAC. We have about 75 MACs in our environment. We would like for users to have an shortcut on their desktop that will lead them to our Intranet or set the default webpage to in safari to our Intranet.
We are using Casper server (Jamf pro) V. 9.10
Is it possible to push it out using configuration profiles or managed preferences.

Thanks in advance

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

I am following up on your question.  Do you still need help?

If you solved the problem on your own, would you please post the solution here in case others have the same problem?

This is probably better asked on JAMF forums.  You've paid plenty of money per user every month, plus you've paid their initial, hefty onboarding/training fee at some point.  I'm sure it can be done because I've seen it done with open sourced Munki.  You probably have to create a package that is basically a the desktop shortcut you desire and have JAMF provision the package like any other package.
