I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

May be you forgot to attach the screen shot. In any case, I am sure will at least be one column which is common. And I am sure you don't want it  duplicated.

Also what is the source of the data tables. Can this exercise not be delegated to the underlying database system which probably the best place to address this?

Both are different structures and data.

i don't want to compare one within another.

just merge it and display in one table.

find the attached screnshot for your reference.

Try to create a new DataTable with all the Columns. The only problem is that the DataTable Row Sync may or may not match.
The solution for Sync is create Relative DataTable bindings with Table1 and Table2 as source for an input of Table3. DataTable merges without. Sync could have bad results.
