Say I visit rfom my browser https://lapalabra.com.mx and I dont want my visit to be recorded byGoogle Analytics. Or any other site for that matter

Install the AdBlock plugin for Firefox and define specific blocks for Google Analytics.

IP address exclusion is another solution to exclude the visits made by particular visitor. You can do that using "Filter" in Google Analytics to filter out the traffic by IP Address.
