I am a newbie with managed switches and am having an issue with CISCO 3650G, I have done the preliminary setup but I am unable to ping the Management IP or anything that is attached deposit all this devices receiving an IP from the router! &nbsp;<br />

SW1: 192.168.88.149, subnet: 255.255.255.0 DFG 192.168.88.1 <br />

Laptop: 192.168.88.31, Subnet 255.255.255.0, DFG 192.168.88.1 <br />

Dear All 

I am a newbie with managed switches and am having an issue with CISCO 3650G, I have done the preliminary setup but I am unable to ping the Management IP or anything that is attached deposit all this devices receiving an IP from the router!

Laptop: 192.168.88.31, Subnet 255.255.255.0, DFG 192.168.88.1
