Hi mustish1;

It looks like you have not installed the WorkLoad for Web applications yet otherwise when you have the New Projects window open and having C# selected you would have more templates available. You can verify and or install the Web WorkLoad by doing the following.

1. Click on the Start Button and search for the application "Visual Studio Installer". It may ask you to update the installer click on yes.

2. Click on the More button as shown in the screen shot below and select Modify

3. On the Modifying window that opens make sure that the section called Web & Cloud that the ASP.NET option has a check mark in the upper right of the option, if it doesn't click on it to place one there.

4. Click on Modify button lower right in window.

5. When it is completed relaunch Visual Studio and now you should have the Web templates.

You can check topics, what you want to install. If you dont want to complicate your live, you can check all. May be it will be required in the future

Did you not find step 3 in my last post in the installer? Don't forget that the window from your last post has a scroll bar on the right of the pane. Checking that option is all that is needed. Checking ALL options will need more disk space.

I just can't find option 3

3. On the Modifying window that opens make sure that the section called Web & Cloud that the ASP.NET option has a check mark in the upper right of the option, if it doesn't click on it to place one there.

Now I see why I can't find those options. The version which you are using is 15.5.7 and the one i just installed is 15.6.1

No that should not be the issue I was using a older version of Visual Studio. The difference between the two should not cause a breaking issue. Please run the VS Installer again and in the Modify Screen drag the scrollbar half way down and take a screen shot and post here.

OK, I installed VS version 15.6.2 same version as you have. In your last screen shot the option marked "Office/SharePoint development" is the option in the section "Web & Cloud". If you scroll up to the first item in that section you will find "ASP.NET and web development and that is the one you need to install. See the screen shot below.Modify screen

Thank You Fernando. Now there are some new options in my start menu. My question is what I have to click in order to run the visual studio?

You ran Visual Studio 2017 before you have screen shot in your first post. You can open it by clicking on the start button and look for the program "Visual Studio 2017" this program is NOT in a folder. It is the one in the second screen shot just above "Visual Studio Tools"
