VPN Access Errors

WIN10 Home will allow a VPN connection into a domain environment, I've done it on many WIN10 Home machines. This particular situation it works the first time but it doesn't save the option to enter into a domain environment after disconnecting. Something local (in my opinion) is saving cached info. I also deleted everything in the password manager.
That may be with respect to VPN but it will not log into a Domain

It will log into Routing and Remote Access and allow an RDP connection to the clients desktop. It works great the first time I create a VPN connection from scratch. In the past, I select "Save" credentials and the domain password was all that was needed, the domain\username was already filled in. If I delete the VPN connection and recreate it will work the first time. Anytime after it changes to the Hotmail login without the option to change to a different type of login.

Are you using a Microsoft Account on this machine?

Hi John, its a clients home computer that has xbox, Outlook (the old hotmail type MS offers), and allot of other accounts configured by the end user. I managed to get it working by running a cc cleaner and additional registry cleaner then configured the VPN client again. Seems to be working now tested several times.
It is probably some issue that cleanup helped to alleviate

Found solution myself.
Of course not. It needs to be Windows 10 Pro. You need to upgrade your machine.
